Christopher Keegan
Christopher Keegan (born 1985) is an English actor. He has performed in theatre and TV.
Biography
Christopher was born in Suffolk, at the age of 8 he moved to Hebden Bridge West Yorkshire where he attended Calder High School and 6th form. After failing his AS levels he went to Calderdale College where he did a BTech Nat in Performing Arts and received a distinction. Christopher spent a year working for The Halifax Bank as a telephone operator and at the local Sowerby Bridge swimming pool as Lifeguard. in 2006 Christopher was accepted into Drama Centre London and in 2009 he graduated with a BA Hons in Acting.
Career
Christopher gained his first television role in BBC One's Hustle (TV series) and BBC One's Doctors (2000 TV series) before stepping into theatre. He will be featuring as Timms in Alan Bennet's The History Boys A new national tour co-produced by the West Yorkshire PlayHouse and Theatre Royal Bath that will commence in early 2010. This will be a new production not produced by the National Theatre and will be directed by Christopher Luscombe.
