Vox Populi and Morfi

Arellano's first channel was Vox Populi, a YouTube channel in Spanish about food and travel in Ecuador, which he co-hosted with a creator known as Gabo. It was created in August 2017. The two announced a break in November 2020, came back in December 2021, and have not uploaded since December 2024.

In 2020 he and Danny Benavides started Morfi, a YouTube channel reviewing phones, laptops and other consumer electronics, along with an online shop of the same name, Morfi Tech. Charlie Sebastian Podcast

Arellano started his own interview podcast in August 2023. The Charlie Sebastian Podcast covers science, technology, philosophy and society, in Spanish. Artificial intelligence

In a 2025 interview Arellano said he began making videos about artificial intelligence in 2023, after seeing a demonstration of the image generator DALL-E. He then set up Oranji to advise companies on the same tools. In July 2025 he was the guest speaker at a Startup Grind Quito evening on artificial intelligence for entrepreneurs.

On 24 September 2025 he appeared before the Education Commission of the National Assembly of Ecuador, as head of Oranji, while the commission was preparing its first-debate report on a proposed artificial intelligence law. He gave a talk at TEDxParque La Carolina in Quito in January 2026. In September 2026 the telecoms company Claro named him among the speakers for its Aldea Digital event in Quito.
