Charlie Kadado is a Lebanese American author and journalist. He is the author of the award-winning novel, "Sacrifice: Reporting in Kabul," a book that follows the story of a fictional news reporter who travels to Afghanistan to report on the war. Kadado was inspired to write the novel after following the story of ABC News anchor Bob Woodruff.

Kadado also co-hosts a local access syndicated talk-show, "Voices of My Generation," with veteran broadcaster Dr. Mary Wilks. Charlie is one of the nation's youngest journalists.

Charlie has been featured on national TV for his work in journalism and community service.

In 2008, Charlie was selected to join the Scholastic News Kids Press Corps, joining a team of accomplished youth and adult journalists. During his tenure, Charlie discovered a passion in journalism. Today, Charlie hosts book signings and delivers speaking engagements to organizations around the United States.
