In 1937, C&H Electric Company was founded by Charles Clark and Otto Henke, focusing their new business on electrical wiring. In 1941, the business started to focus on other items to sell, and started to STOCK electrical equipment, including motors. One year after the end of World War II, 1946, C&H Electrical started to focus on industrial government surplus equipment, no longer needed due to the end of the war, selling to other businesses changing direction also because of the war. Later that decade, C&H Electrical changed their name to their current name, C&H Distributors.
