Cause a Scene

"Cause a Scene" is the first official single from Teairra Mari's second album At That Point. It features rapper Flo Rida and was produced by The Runners.

The single will start going for radio adds on May 12, 2009. It is currently awaiting for an official release along with a digital download.

Music video

The music video for "Cause a Scene" was directed by Juwan Lee. Set in a red background, the video starts with a panoramic shot of Las Vegas at night and goes on with Mari's boyfriend (Jackie Long) speaking on the phone with a female "friend" when he receives a call from his girl (Teairra Mari). He's AbOUT to hit the club but he says to his girl he's going to sleep. Mari won't believe him and she calls her friend to run a girls up. She later finds out that her man was lying to her and he's now popping bottles with other females. Mari and her friends are getting ready to cause a scene, and she then transforms into a waitress to spill the drinks on purpose on the females surrounding her man. The following scene with blue neon, bodypaint and the dance sequence is considered to be one of the highlights of the video. Flo Rida, Jackie Long, Danielle Crawley and Kristia Krueger (both of Candy Girls) make cameo appearances in the video which Mari premiered herself via her myspace page on May 5. The video premiered on BET's 106 & Park May 28, 2009.
