History

Casinetto was founded in 2010 by Giacomo Bernardelli Micara in the United Arab Emirates. The company was established to import and distribute food ingredients from Italy and Europe to the UAE market. Initially focusing on the HORECA sector, Casinetto became a supplier for executive chefs and food enthusiasts seeking authentic and premium ingredients.

In 2017, the company launched its e-commerce store, expanding its offerings to business-to-consumer markets.

In 2023, Casinetto further expanded its operations into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, establishing a regional presence.
