Camelia and Delgado

Camelia & Delgado is the name of the project of djs and producers Gonzalo Camelia and Fabián Delgado residents of Canelones, Uruguay. In 2008 they receive an electronic music outstanding award “Canario Destacado”. The music that identifies this duo is dance music and Eurodance.

History

This duo started their career composing progressive, house and trance music.
We could say their beginning was marked in March 2008 when they participated indifferent remix contest around the world.
On April 2008 they are invited to participate as djs in an event where they played their remixes for 5,000 people.
On December 2008 the duo is once again invited to participate in the National Electronic Music Encounter “Open Park 2008” held in “Canteras del Parque Rodo” which was attended by more than 6,000 people.
This indicates the duo that they should give their people something in return for their support and so they created their first theme, entitled Tomorrow which has the participation of the Uruguayan vocalist and lyricist Lucia Chucarro.
