Since 2017, he has promoted cycling as an effective mode of transportation and commuting. In 2024, he began vlogging as a hobby, subsequently developing a passion for sharing intrapersonal insights and fostering interaction on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. He prefers creating content and vlogging about cycling as a form of hobby, exercise, and leisure therapy. Currently, he does not maintain a TikTok account due to the data privacy concerns associated with the platform.
Early life and education
In college, he pursued a teaching career at ICCT Colleges, where he was a president lister's scholar and a recipient of a scholarship from a private benefactor with strong Christian faith. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a major in Physical Science and was distinguished with Academic Honors. He graduated from ICCT Colleges Cainta Main in December 2015. Before his graduation, he also became an active youth member of Kalinga Taytay—Muzon Chapter. One year after graduation, he gained practical experience as an apprentice at an orthodontic clinic in Cainta, Rizal, where he learned patient care and appointment handling. In March 2023, he successfully took the Philippine Licensure Examination for teachers, joining the roster of licensed professionals. This achievement significantly boosted his confidence, especially in the wake of his mother's battle with and subsequent passing due to cancer in the following year. In 2024, he enrolled at the National Teachers College for graduate studies, pursuing a Master of Arts in Science Education, and completed Thesis Seminar 1 and the comprehensive examination in May 2025.
Career
Currently, he is employed as a private school teacher. He has been teaching science subjects for over eight years, integrating perennialism into his pedagogical approach. Additionally, he employs pragmatism to enhance students' critical thinking skills. He has attended numerous professional development seminars, including one in November 2018 at Grace Christian College in Quezon City and a convention at Selah Hotel in Pasay City. During his tenure as a faculty member at Master's Vineyard Academy, he was also an assistant faculty official of the Philippine Brigade—Taytay Chapter.
Personal life
Among the Camu siblings, he is the eldest son of three children born to Rodolfo Clavo Clidoro and Lorna Climaco Camu. However, as his parents did not undergo formal marriage, he is using his mother's surname. Both of his parents hail from ancestral clans in Albay Province and actively used the Bicolano language in his early years at home, which facilitated his learning of the local dialect. From 2004 to 2006, he was transferred to Albay Province to continue his intermediate education at Quinastillojan Elementary School in Tabaco City, with the assistance of his aunt, Fe Buere. During his studies, he dedicated his free Sundays to volunteer work through Passion. This advocacy organization promotes the practice of the Catholic faith through house-to-house prayers and fasting.
