Brothers forever

Brothers Forever is a Gospel male trio based in Kingsport, Tennessee. They were organized in 2004 by Curtis Hagy.

The group has had several changes since then. The current lineup includes Hagy, Gary Ballew (2006–present), Chris Higginbottom (2008–present) Their CD projects include 'Just Getting Started', The Next Step', Side By Side, Sheltered', By Request, and their soon to be released new project....'The Journey'(tentative date....April 2010). Brothers Forever recorded one live DVD in 2007 @SGM Fan Fair. They have also performed @ the National Quartet Convention in Sept. 2006 and @the Christian Music Hall of Fame in November 2009 . Their musical style is very diverse ranging from Southern Gospel to Inspirational to Black Gospel to Contemporary. Ballew, Hagy and Higginbottom take turns sharing the lead vocals making for a very eclectic concert.

They are known for their powerful testimonies as well as for their music. The group survived a Carbon Monoxide scare in 2008 on their bus that almost killed Garys' wife Cyndi. All 9 of those on the bus, including the members' 4 children survived.

The group was nominated in 2007 for Favorite Male Group @the SGM. Fan Fair Awards. They were also nominated in 2010 for Best Southern Gospel Group @the Christian Music Hall of Fame/Visionary Awards.

Brothers Forever has had five #1 songs on Southern Gospel industry charts including 'I Feel A Blessing Coming On', More Than That', 'I Am Him', 'I Can't Forget The Day' and 'Be Alright'. (Southern Spin, Southern Gospel Times, Gospel Music Times 2007-2010) Ballew and Hagy are the primary songwriters for the group. The group is known for their power vocals and harmony. Hagy and Ballew are also both preachers.

They travel nationally and tour year-round. Brothers Forever goes out on a month long West Coast tour each summer. Other popular songs include...You Alone Are Worthy and God is Good.
