British Council (Jordan)

British Council in Jordan it's a British Organization makes the chance for the student to learn English easier. You can get IEALTS certificate which give opportunity to work and complete studying in United Kingdom more possible for the Arabian people. The British Council has a lot of branches over the world, and most of the Middle East countries have branches.

Founding

It was founded in 1934. The Council works with the British government side to side, also cooperate with Foreign Affairs Office, BBC and Commonwealth to manage the education and the education skills.

Location

The British Council location is in Amman, First Circle (Jabal Amman) in Rainbow Street. This location contains many archeological places like the old houses, jabal al qalaa and the roman theater. And some companies like Saudi Arabia embassy.

Strategy

The Council branches are aim to get the highest levels in teaching English. The teaching in the British council depends on Writing, reading and listening to let the student learn the English from all the sides, and to help these three things the British Council has library contain all kinds of books, magazine, newspaper and DVD's for learner.

The faculties in the council are from United Kingdom and United States which they can't talk Arabic language and this help the learner to learn and understand the English language more easier.
