Brenda Lindiwe Mabaso-Chipeio

Brenda Lindiwe Mabaso-Chipeio (born 1971 Mpumalanga, Piet Retief) is a South African trade official.

Early Life

She attained her MBA at the Durham University Business School in 1999. She also hold a Diploma in Commercial Teaching from University of Swaziland; a Diploma in Small Business Management from Damelin, and a Diploma in Paralegal Studies (Law) attained from the University of Johannesburg.

Personal Life

Brenda was the 1st of eight siblings. She grew up in Piet Retief for most of her junior years. Post qualifying with her Matric Certificate, Brenda then relocated to Swaziland in order to complete her Diploma in Commercial Teachning at the University of Swaziland.

Career

Brenda has extensive work experience in Tariff Investigations and SACU Relations, as she has spent the major and most recent part of her career at the International Trade and Administration Commission (ITAC). She is also part of the Women in Management and Leadership Conference. In addition to her professional roles, Brenda also serves on the FAMSA Board of Directors.
