Bradley Carrington

Brad Carrington was born Bradley Wilson Waterford Carrington January 3rd, 1910 in northern England to Theodore "Teddy" Carrington and Emma Robinson. Carrington fought in WWII for his country. Through the war he became fascinated by airplanes. After the war, he began buying large quantities of land which he later would turn into private airfields. His revolutionary business plans and ability to adapt to the changing political and legal systems of Europe in the 20th century allowed his holdings to grow and become very profitable.

In 1951, Carrington married Greta Hennesy, who was 18 years his junior. Together they had one son Theodore, named for Carrington's father, in 1958. During a tragic car accident in 1978, Greta died, Carrington had been driving the vehicle at the time. His wife's tragic death and his growing wealth brought tabloid attention to the Carringtons in the late 70s. It is believed that Carrington became estranged with his son in the recent years after his wife's death. Carrington withdrew from society.

Carrington briefly reunited with his son in 1986 when his first and only grandson was born. Theodore and his wife Meredith St. Marc named the child Bradley as a symbol of their forgiveness. The peace didn't last and six months later Carrington was re-estranged from his son. In 1988 on his deathbed, Carrington left his entire estate, including his company to his two year old grandson Bradley St. Marc Carrington.

Bradley "Brad" St. Marc Carrington, inherited the company upon his 18th birthday in 2004. He and his Long term girlfriend live in Manhattan.
