Bob Corcoran

Bob Corcoran was a former television talk show host on KTVW, Channel 13 in Tacoma, Washington, during the early 1970s. His program, which provided Corcoran with a forum for his populist, conservative views, was broadcast daily on the independent television station. Corcoran was perhaps best-known for his tenure as a movie host on Channel 13 prior to his time as a talk-show host.

When KTVW changed ownership in 1972, Corcoran ended his television show for the political arena. He made several unsuccessful runs for public office in Washington state, twice for the 3rd District congressional seat.

Corcoran later co-owned a radio station in Pierce County, Washington, and then joined the Archdiocese of Seattle and enjoyed a successful career as their foundation development officer.

He retired in 2000 from the archdiocese.
