Blair Daly

Blair Daly is an American songwriter and producer. He was born and raised in the small, Cajun town of Opelousas, Louisiana. Blair moved straight out of high school to Nashville, Tennessee in 1990, to pursue a career in music. He now travels all over to co-write with different artists, but Nashville remains his home base.

Blair has co-written three number one country singles over the years. His last number one single was a song called "Stand", recorded by country supergroup, Rascal Flatts. He has had singles on many different formats including Country, Top 40, Hot AC, and AC.

Blair is known for his ability to write and produce in many different genres of music. He has had songs recorded by such artists as Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Rascal Flatts, and Keith Urban, to The Backstreet Boys, Il Divo, Chicago, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Sixx:A.M.

Blair has also produced songs for Sarah Buxton and Katie Armiger.

His most recent hit has been the multi-format hit "Smile" co-written with, and recorded by Uncle Kracker. The song went Top 5 on the Hot AC, AC, and Country Charts in 2010.
