Black Meadow Landing is situated 6 miles northwest of the Parker dam, on the California side of beautiful Lake Havasu, the southern most lake on the Colorado River, a 45-mile long nautical oasis of natural beauty nestled along the foot of California's Chemehuevi Mountains near Interstate 40. Lake Havasu spilts the borders of San Bernadino County, California and La Paz County, Arizona.

Accommodations

-32 motel rooms with king or queen beds (and some with twin trundle beds), bathroom, and full-sized fridge, for up to 4 people.
-22 fully furnished & reasonably equipped one bedroom Park Models (mobile homes). Kitchens are equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, & glasses for 4 people. However, small appliances like hair dryers, toasters, blenders, etc. are not included.
-350 RV sites with full hook-ups (with 30 amp electric) and a picnic table in each site. Accommodates RVs up to 53 feet long.
-Kitchen Cabins one bedroom motel rooms with a small kitchen. Again small appliances not provided. These units each have a grassy area out the back (kitchen door) with a picnic table and clothes line.
-48 grassy Tent Sites with shade trees for camping under the stars. Each tent site has a water hook-up.
-Boat slips are available for rent. Sizes are 8’ x 21’ and 9’ x 24’.
-Monthly rates available for all accommodations.
-San Bernardino County Fire Department Engine 55 Fire Station is on-site in the campground. There is also a helipad in the event that emergency healthcare is needed.
-Storage spaces available for rent, for your RV or watercraft, for a monthly fee.
-5-hole, par 4 hill top golf course that overlooks Lake Havasu and often has you golfing with Black Meadows most famous residents, the Wild Burros.
-Black Meadow Landing Café serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and comes in handy for the days you’re too tired from all the lake activities to cook.
-The marina is fully functional, with a store that stocks everything from Black Meadows and Lake Havasu apparel and gear to fishing equipment (poles and tackle) and bait to alcohol and basic groceries (canned foods, ice cream, bread, buns, condiments, soda, snacks, etc.) to RV and boating supplies (life vests, inflatable water toys, skis, hoses, fuses, batteries, etc). The marina also has pay at the pump Chevron gas for both your boat and RV or vehicle.
-Pets are allowed, however, only family friendly breeds are allowed. Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, etc. are not allowed. Pets must be leashed at all times, with a maximum of a 6 foot leash. It’s not recommended that you leave your pets unattended in your RVs during summer months, even with an air conditioner on.
