Bitetti Combat MMA 4

Bitetti Combat MMA 4 was a mixed martial arts event held by the 2 time Absolute (Openweight) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, Amaury Bitetti and some partners, on September 12, 2009 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

All the fights were sent by the brazilian PPV channel Combate.

Fight card changes

  • It was announced on July 14, 2009 that Antonio Rogerio Nogueira will headline Bitetti Combat against Alex Stiebling. However, with the hiring of Nogueira by the UFC, on August 24, 2009 it was announced that Murilo Rua would take Nogueira's place.
  • For unknown reasons, Leandro Silva left the card. Fausto Black replaced him faced Cassiano Tytschyo.
  • Due to a contractual disagreement between the organization of the event and Eduardo Pamplona the fighter left the card. Luis Dutra Jr. replaced him.
