Baher Ashour

Baher Ashour (born December 19th 1973) is an Egyptian Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist and Lecturer at Cairo University Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Ashour obtained a Masters degree in Audiology for ENT Practice from University College London in 2005. He was a Chevening Scholar during the academic year 2004/2005.

He is a founding member of the Cochlear Implant Surgical Team at Cairo University.

He was awarded his MD in 2006. Current research includes: Management of Noise Pollution, Diving Medicine, Disorders of Hearing and Balance.

He is currently the UCL Alumni representative for the and Egypt¹. He organized the first UCL Alumni event in Cairo in October of 2008².
