Aviostart Airlines Ltd. is private Bulgarian charter airline based in Sofia, Bulgaria operating private charter services and cargo flights.The airline operates from Sofia Airport.
History
The airline is created in February 1999 in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2000 the airline received all licenses documents to operate passenger and cargo flights. In the beginning the company operated with two Antonov An-24 and one helicopter Mil Mi-8. From 2000 to 2003 Aviostart opetated flights for United Nations and KFOR with flights from Kosovo to other destinations on Balkans. In recent years the airline operates mainly private charter flights with Piaggio P.180 Avanti and Piper PA-34. In May 2012 is delivered the first British Aerospace 146.
