Auditivo
Auditivo are a Rock band based out of Brownsville, Texas and Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. They are inspired by American rock and Brit-Pop and also note their Mexican roots as a big influence in their song writing . Auditivo is considered to be reinitializing a new movement in Mexico's music industry . With a growing popularity in areas of both southern Texas and northern Mexico, they have managed to promote the rock scene with their 2008 album titled 'Noches De Otoño'. Though their first album is completely sung in Spanish they have said to have an interest in adding English lyrics to their upcoming second album, which they will begin recording in December 2009 . They have released two singles with the help of independent labels. Their first single, 'Sincera', has been played in the Mexican television channels of TeleHit, Ritmoson Latino, and MTV. The band has attracted the attention of many indie labels, and they are currently signed to Iguana Records.
