Astrachan Gunst Thomas Rubin, P.C. (also known as AGTR) is a mid-Atlantic law firm. With its principal office in Baltimore, Maryland and satellite office in historic Chestertown, Maryland, located on Maryland's rural Eastern Shore, AGTR is a big city law firm with small town appeal. Selected as a Super Lawyer by Maryland Super Lawyers (2007–2010).4 Mr. Astrachan co-authors “The Law of Advertising and Mass Communications” with Donna Thomas and hosts a blog, “Trademark, Copyright and Advertising Law Madness,” which covers the latest legal developments in Advertising and IP.5 He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland School of Law6 and the University of Baltimore School of Law,7 where he teaches Trademark and Unfair Competition Law.
