Ashique Mustafa

Ashique Mustafa (Bengali: আশিক মুস্তাফা; Born: January 1, 1989) is a young author, dramatist & a screenwriter who was born at Moizdipur Village of Senbagh Upozila under Noakhali district of Bangladesh. He is currently obtaining his Masters degree in disaster management at the University Of Dhaka. At the same time, he is serving as sub-editor at one of the most circulated National Bangla dailies of the country. He has completed Bangla academy YOUNG WRITER PROJECT as its youngest participant. His First Rhyme Book- 'Eksho Foring ekta ami'. was published in 2009 by Oitijjhya, one of the renowned publishers in Bangladesh. He was awarded as the best translator translating fairy tale book-'Morogh O tar Bondhura'. Later, his story books have constantly been published by Anindha Publishar. He was also awarded 'Habibur Rahman Sahitto Puroskar as the best Juvenile Novel -'Chotto Ekta Ma'. Later, his story books have constantly been published by Bangla Prokash.

'Popcorn Boy', a juvenile novel, was published by Borshadupur Publishar. Although he works for a newspaper, writing is very close to his heart.
