AquaBella
AquaBella Organic Solutions, LLC is a company based in Sebastopol, California, that markets 100% organic and non-genetically engineered bio-enzyme products for the treatment of soil and water. According to the AquaBella Web site, the formulas were developed by a Buddhist Vietnamese scientist who specializes in the creation of enzyme formulations utilized for water treatment and agriculture. In January 2010, a CNN iReport noted that the AquaBella formula has been used in Vietnam to combat the widespread chemical pollution of farm lands, lakes and rivers.
As of February 2010 the company is actively marketing three products: AquaBella (an organic water-purification enzyme formula designed for home aquariums, koi ponds, waste water treatment, SLUDGE treatment and municipal water system use), TerraBella an OMRI- (Organic Materials Review Institute) certified all-in-one fertilizer supplement, micronutrient and natural pH regulator designed for use by farmers) and Unleash (a hydroponic fertilizer supplement and compost inoculant designed for gardeners).
The company was founded in April 2008 by Jonathan Szarvas, Allison Goodwin and Warren Hellman Lee and is the exclusive worldwide marketing, distribution and sales organization for these enzyme- and probiotic-based products.
