Appinventiv commenced operations in 2015. The company was formally incorporated on June 8, 2016. By 2018, the workforce exceeded 400 employees. In 2019, Appinventiv completed over 1,000 projects and launched Daan Sewa, a charitable initiative supporting underprivileged communities.

The company opened an office in Brisbane, Australia, and expanded its workforce to over 1,600 employees. Revenue reached ₹350 crore.
