Anyplan
Anyplan is a project management and maintenance planning software program developed and sold by Promatica As. It is a professional planning system designed to work across the domains of project management, maintenance, supply chain and manufacturing.
Anyplan is a multi-user system designed for standalone use or integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) systems.
Anyplan has been built for partners, systems integrators and IT departments. The user interface is highly customizable and can be branded to a company’s requirements or integrated as an embedded solution.
Promatica (and Anyplan) was listed as Cool Vendor of the Year by Gartner in 2011.

Anyplan is based on an in-memory object entity network of planning entities (activities, resources, calendars etc.) called SmartNet.
Anyplan is built on Microsoft technologies.
Anyplan developer Promatica now owns Xymphonic Systems and its patent US6751617 B1 used for concurrency control and collaborative planning.
Implementations
Anyplan provides the visual planning technology for Maxplan, an integration with IBM Maximo for maintenance planning on the Storebælt bridge.
Anyplan provides the planning technology for Seamless As port and cargo planning system called PortPlan. The installation is at Norsk Hydro.
