Anthony V. Lupo

Anthony (Tony) V. Lupo is an American attorney and chair of ArentFox Schiff. He has testified before the United States Congress. Since 2021, Lupo has served as chair of ArentFox Schiff, leading the firm into the Am Law 100 with the 2022 merger with Schiff Hardin and overseeing initiatives related to artificial intelligence.

Career

Lupo founded ArentFox Schiff's fashion law practice more than two decades ago, expanding it to a team of 65 attorneys.

As head of the Fashion and Retail Law practice, Lupo runs the Fashion Counsel blog, where he writes about fashion law and interviews industry figures such as Diane von Fürstenberg and Christopher John Rogers, and fashion executives like Yves Saint Laurent CFO Eduardo Perez and Kering Americas VP Rich Naranjo.
