Aloft Washington National Harbor
The Aloft Washington National Harbor is located on National Harbor at The Intersection of Waterfront Street and American Way. The 8-floor, 190-guest room property was built in March 2009, and opened its doors as an operating hotel in April 2009. The property is situated on the Potomac River across from Alexandria, Va., and outside of Washington, D.C.

Ownership and Management
The Aloft Washington National Harbor is owned by The Peterson Companies of Fairfax, Va., and managed by Kokua Hospitality since 2009. Kokua Hospitality LLC has managed the Inn of Chicago since its opening in 2006. Kokua Hospitality is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Chartres Lodging Group, LLC. There are four hotels managed by Kokua Hospitality; Inn of Chicago, The Doubletree Hotel Chicago Magnificent Mile, the Aloft Washington National Harbor and The Allerton Hotel.
National Harbor
The 300 acre National Harbor waterfront neighbors the Potomac River in Prince George’s County, Maryland. It is host to the Gaylord National convention center, office spaces, restaurants, shopping outlets and residential condominiums. National Harbor also includes a public marina, water taxis to and from Alexandria, Virginia.
