Ultra Seven
After the destruction of an oil tanker, stalking a woman high in military command, and assassinate a Self Defense Force member at an airport, the Ultra Garrison had to protect that same woman from assassination from a mercenary. As a submarine was patrolling Tokyo Bay four strange ships came after them. The submarine alerted an SOS and the Ultra Garrison came, but the mysterious ships each blasted a bolt of lightning, destroying the submarine and all who were aboard. As the Ultra Garrison went onto the harbor they noticed that the strange woman was running away from a strange man who took a medallion around her neck with a fishing hook and jumped into the water. The man explained himself saying he was trying to assassinate her because she was really one of many Pedan Seijin agents and that he himself was an undercover agent. The agent showed the Ultra Garrison members an orb in the medallion saying it is used to summon a robot named King Joe, which Ultraseven heard is made of the extremely tough Pedantic Armor. However, even without the summoning device King Joe in the form of four ships headed out to attack a United Nations embassy. Even with the hidden gun turrets beneath the embassy nothing damaged King Joe or even caught his attention. Before King Joe could touch the embasst Ultraseven arrived to do battle with him. However, King Joe proved to be far more powerful than anticipated for nothing Ultraseven could do could so much as phase him. Between King Joe's electric shield blocking the Emelium Ray to the Pedantic Armor easily withstanding his punches and Eye Slugger it was only a matter of time before Ultraseven found himself pinned to the ground and about to receive a crippiling palm slam. King Joe executed three of these and proceeded to attacking the embassy when Ultraseven seemed unconscious. However, the hero lungged forward and knocked King Joe down. After King Joe was incapable of getting back up he turned into four ships again and fled with Ultraseven following him. A scientist came out of the embassy saying that he found a chemical that is highly reactive with Pedantic Armor and is the reason Pedan Seijin was after him. The Ultra Garrison went on reconissance until they found the woman from before. Dan met with the alien telling him to give up for King Joe was out of his league, but the hero refused. Later that day the Ultra garrison disguised what to do next until the Pedan Seijin agent came to their base to tell them she was nothing more than a puppet for the Pedan Seijin and that they were heading for Earth with an invasion fleet. The woman lost consciousness and was taken to a sick room as the fleet was heading for Earth. At the same time King Joe was found in Tokyo Bay wrecking the local oil tankers. The Ultra Garrison came to the scene, but after nothing seemed to phase him Dan turned into Ultraseven once again. Even though Ultraseven was out manuvering his enemy King Joe proved with his strength that he was still a force to reckon. However, once the Ultra Garrison loaded the special chemical into a missile launcher it was fired at King Joe, destroying him. The Pedan Seijin saucer controlling him from the inside tried to escape, but was destroyed by Ultraseven's Wide Shot. Without their leader or King Joe to lead them the Pedan Seijin retreated to their homeworld.
Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Never Ending Odyssey
This Alien reappeared in the series Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Never Ending Odyssey.
A group of Alien Pedan assembled by their race, their purpose being to destroy all the Reionyx. After one of their number was captured by the Space Pendragon, they captured the vessel from their space station. However, soon, a Bemstar appeared from nowhere, forcing the ship to retreat into space, leaving the Space Pendragon behind. Later, two interrupted Rei’s challenge to Dail, attacking the Reiblood. However, Rei sensed them coming and one by one easily beat them down. After Rei’s defeat by Grande, an entire squadron of Reionyx Hunters descended, forcing the Pendragon into retreat. As the crew returned planet side to find Rei’s Battlenizer, knowing from his sister, Kate, that they had to in order to save his life, the Pedan Seijin continued searching for them but they could not find them, literally flying right over them. But they would eventually locate the Pendragon and attack it. However, Rei recovered and sent out Litra to fight them off but before she could even strike once, a powerful stream of flames consumed them, emanating from Grande’s Tyrant. Finally, the Alien Pedan had enough and brought in reinforcements, the King Joe Blacks. Quickly [...] Dorako II and Telesdon II, the machines proved their worth. Later, with a King Joe Black, two Reionyx Hunters confronted Grande, demanding he handover his Battlenizer, only for him to summon his Red King to battle their King Joe Black. Red King proved unbelievably strong, throwing King Joe Black around like a rag doll. With one last kick, King Joe Black was completely crippled. Grande decided to spare the Alien Pedan with a warning, but they fired on him, but he managed to flee unharmed. However, after Rei and Dale left the Pendragon, an army of Reionyx Hunters confronted the crew. When Rei and Dail arrived at the Alien Pedan base, they were confronted by the Alien Pedan Queen and several Reionyx Hunters, then shown the captive Pendragon crew, who were trapped in a force field. After Dail was shot by the Queen, the Reionyx Hunters tried to stop him, only to be beaten down and Gomora summoned. As Dale tried to free the Pendragon crew, the rest of the Reionyx fired on him but were too late and soon, as they gave chase to the crew, were blasted by Litra’s fireballs. After the destruction of the King Joe Black army and the death of the Alien Pedan Queen, the remaining Reionyx Hunters fled Earth, disappearing into space.
Dail
A member of the deadly Reionyx Hunters, Dail first made himself known by attacking and [...] an Alien Pitt Reionyx on her ship. He then appeared in the ZAP Spacey Space Station, detonating an explosion that crippled it. He then set about his mission, locate Rei, the Reionyx he’d been sent to kill. However, after taking out the soldiers guarding, him and cornering the hero, one of Rei’s allies held him, allowing Rei to disarm and fight Dail. As the two fought, Rei gained the upper hand and disarmed Dail of his teleportation bracelet and Dail was soon knocked out. The rest of the Pendragon’s crew captured him and carried him with them as they escaped aboard the Space Pendragon, but were separated from Rei and their commander, who escaped on the Dragon Coaster, which was sucked into a wormhole and vanished. Soon, Dail was confronted by the crew, who’d tied him up in a cell. However, the warrior refused to divulge anything, merely sitting in silence. Unfortunately for the humans, Dail’s fellow Alien Pedan captured the Space Pendragon. However, while he escaped, he instead chose to reveal he worked for the Alien Pedan and offer to talk to them, explaining himself to them, and that he was a Reionyx hunter. He also explained that this was the purpose of King Joe Black’s appearance before. As the ship was freed and then attacked by a Bemstar, he merely set and watched. When Bemstar tried to escape, the alien revealed a new, extremely powerful weapon had been installed aboard the Space Pendragon while they were there, the Pedanium Launcher. In one powerful shot, both Bemstar and the asteroid he was hiding behind were obliterated by this new weapon. Despite proving his value, Dail was still distrusted by the ZAP Spacey crew and held at gun point. He was then returned to the ship’s jail cell until they needed his help to find the Dragon Coaster’s location. Once again at gunpoint, they attempted to get him to help again, but he refused, even with threat of death. That was until a Alien Keel spaceship was sighted, which he identified as containing a Reionyx and was very demanding in his wishes he wanted them to pursue it so he could complete his mission but they refused, not wanting to push their luck against a Reionyx. Dail had to be subdued through physical force to keep him from lashing out. As they continued to search, they had no choice but to resort to ask Dail for help once again, but he would relent, deciding to help them to Planet Hammer. As he lead them, he continued to harbor his hatred of Reionyx but any attempt to leave of his own accord had him held at gunpoint once more, but he still showed no fear, only complying to be locked up once again. His true motive was to help them locate Rei, so that he could add yet another Reionyx to his list of victims. After sensing the young Reiblood was on board, he quickly escaped his cell to try to accomplish his mission having been able to escape at anytime. As Vakishim attacked the Pendragon, Dail attacked Rei, trying to kill him with electrified gloves. The hero, to protect his friends, lead the Reionyx Hunter off the ship and fought him on the ground. The Reiblood gradually gained the upper hand on the villain until he became Reimon’s Burst Mode to fight Vakishim. After Metron and his kaiju were both slain, Reimon turned his attention to Dail. But instead of attacking him, the Reiblood merely walked away, leaving Dail in absolute rage. Despite watching Reimon be purified by Ultraseven’s Eye Slugger, Dail still harbored rage for the human. He soon attacked the Pendragon with a ship he’d somehow acquired, calling out Rei, who complied, taking chase on Litra. After tracking him down, Rei called back Litra, challenging him to a fight, only for fellow Alien Pedan to interfere. After Rei easily dispatched them, Dail arrived with his katana to fight Rei himself. Rei quickly drew Ultra Seven’s Eye Slugger, utilizing it to fight back. He threw it at Dail, only for him to dodge but be hit when it flew back around, disarming him. Rei caught the weapon and moved in for the finishing blow. However, much to Dail’s surprise, Rei stopped his attack inches from his face, sparing his life. Dail was not so kind and held his pistol to Rei’s head but before he could fire, the Alien Keel Reionyx Grande opened fire, blasting both away from each other. After the battle, Dail vanished from the sight of the Pendragon crew for quite some time. Dail reappeared some time later, after King Joe Black killed Dorako II and Telesdon II. The Reionyx Hunter quickly killed Alien Zetton but Hook begged for mercy, offering up his Battlenizer for his life. But as Dail prepared to spare him, Hook attacked, forcing Dail to kill him. He soon visited with the Alien Pedan leader and got orders to continue his duty of [...] all Reionyx, which he accepted. After Rei defeated Kelbeam II and his master Gutz, Dail appeared on their ship and pulled his gun. He showed his clear anger for Rei, but the Reiblood and the crew only tried to talk him into calming down, managing to reach him but he soon burst into laughter at their words but they continued talking to him and trying to get him to understand the truth. Finally, he summoned a King Joe Black to try to destroy them. He then told Rei he’d have to deal with the mecha and teleported away outside to send King Joe Black into battle against Rei’s Gomora. As King Joe Black beat down Gomora, Dail mocked Rei, saying unless he could turn Gomora into EX Gomora, he couldn’t defeat King Joe Black. Rei responded by instead turning Gomora into Reionyx Burst Gomora, now in control of the power this mode provided. Dail could only watch speechless as Gomora pummeled King Joe Black in a matter of seconds and crippled him with the Super Oscillatory Wave. As Rei turned to walk away, Dail pulled his gun but ultimately, he couldn’t bring himself to pull the trigger on the Reionyx who’d spared his life in the past and let the Space Pendragon escape. He later returned to base and was berated by the Alien Pedan Queen for his actions. She then commanded him to continue his mission but he defended Rei, having learned that Rei was not evil and now trusted him. He later appeared on the Space Pendragon and wanted Rei to come with him, Rei complied. Dail lead him to the Alien Paden base, where the Alien Pedan Queen, Harlan, and several Reionyx Hunters confronted them, revealing they had the crew of the Space Pendragon captive. Dail confronted Harlan about his beliefs but the ruthless alien shot him in the stomach, leaving him bleeding from the mouth on the ground. As the King Joe Black Army began to overwhelm Rei’s kaiju, the dieing Dail crawled forwards, using what strength he had left to free the Pendragon crew, being shot repeatedly by his fellow Reionyx Hunters in the process. With his dieing breath, the crew was freed, allowing them to finish the King Joe Black army with the Pedanium Shooter, and they wouldn’t forget his sacrifice, making a memorial with his helmet after the battle.
