Alan F. Steinberg

Alan Steinberg, born September 22, 1982, is a Fellow with the Center for Advanced Defense Studies, and the previous Director of Central Operations and Senior Researcher.

Educational Background/Research

Steinberg's Master's Thesis, presented in 2006, centered on predicative [...]. In 2006, Alan presented research on the Role of the Individual in the International System at the International Society of Political Psychology Annual Conference, where he served as a discussant and panel chair. Past academic work also includes involvement with the Psychology of [...] course the Center for Advanced Defense Studies teaches in conjunction with the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Business Ventures

A part of the incorporation and business planning of Wireless World Net, Inc, a next-generation wireless and Internet solutions company based in Washington, D.C.

Community Outreach

Steinberg has served on the Joint Fairfax Local Emergency Planning Committee (Chair, Business Outreach Subcommittee) as well as as a Reserve Deputy with the Fairfax County SHERIFF's Office working jointly with the Emergency Planning and Response Coordinator.

Personal

A graduate of Dulles High School, Steinberg grew up in Fort Bend and Harris Counties, and currently resides in Sugar Land, TX. A former college Disc Jockey for KANM Student Radio, his music collection is always close at hand.
