- May 1995 - Business started while Clarence E. Briggs, III was still on ACTIVE duty in the US Army.
- April 1996 - Business incorporated while still in spare bedroom of Clarence E. Briggs, III's house.
- June 1999 - Becomes ICANN Accredited Registrar for registering domain names.
- August 1999 - Purchases 26 acres of land to build technology park.
- December 1999 - Cumberland County leases 3-story, 93,000 sq foot facility in downtown Fayetteville, NC to the company.
- December 2005 - Becomes lead plaintiff in class action lawsuit vs. Google.
- April 2007 - Finds their ads were a target of click fraud in their own data center, & sues local paper, Fayetteville Observer.
- September 2010 - Settles lawsuit with Dell, Inc. AbOUT faulty capacitors.
