Ableforth's

Ableforth's is an alcoholic spirits brand based in Kent producing Gin, Rum, Absinthe and other spirits and liqueurs.

In 2016 Ableforth's changed its name from Professor Cornelius Ampleforth.

Bathtub Gin

Bathtub Gin is a compound gin made with a range of botanicals including juniper, orange peel, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

In 2016 Ableforth's released a 6 litre Methuselah of Bathtub Gin.

Rumbullion! is a spiced rum containing Madagascan vanilla, orange zest, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

Cold Distilled Absinthe

A clear Absinthe which is cold-distilled from wheat spirit infused with Grand Wormwood, Aniseed, Fennel, Liquorice, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, and Orange Peel.

Cherry Brandy

A cherry Brandy made using only cherries and brandy.

Summer Fruit Cup

A summer fruit cup made by vacuum-distilling strawberries, cucumber, orange and mint in wheat spirit. To this a BLEND of wines, fruits, herbs and spices are added.
