Abiodun Dayo

Abiodun Dayo Adeyoriju commonly known as Dayo Aranka (born 16 July 1986) is a Nigerian footballer who plays for Mjees SC in the Omantel Professional League.

Club career

Abiodun Dayo began his professional career in 2009 with United FC in 2002 scoring five goals in eighteen league matches. After spending a season with United FC, he moved to Flamingo FC in 2003. Then in 2004, he moved to Stationery Stores F.C.

After spending a long three-seasons spell in Nigeria, he moved to Bahrain where he played for Al-Ittihad (Bahrain) scoring five goals.

After spending a brief spell in Bahrain with Al-Ittihad (Bahrain), he moved to Oman where he began his career with Al-Suwaiq Club in 2006. After spending a two-seasons spell with Al-Suwaiq Club, he moved to Fanja SC in 2008.

After spending a three-seasons spell in Oman, he moved to Serbia in 2009 where he played for FK Borac Čačak.

In 2009, he came back to Oman and signed a contract with Oman FC scoring five goals in his four-seasons spell with the club. He also served as the captain of Oman club from 2009-2013. In January 2013, he signed a contract with newly promoted Majees SC. He is currently serving as the captain of Majees SC.
