Abang Mohammad Firdauf
Abang Mohammad Firdauf also known as A.M. Firdy is the founder of Orlean Group Of Companies which is based in Singapore and Abu Dhabi. He is also the first President of Sarawak Youth Council when it is form in 2011. Which is officially ended on 10 April 2012, and succeeded by YB Larry Sng.
Early life
A.M. Firdy is the only son of the late Datuk Abang Mohamad Dauhary, Receive early education at Johor bahru, further his study in Science Administration and Politic at Universiti Teknologi MARA,He started to set up a few company while studying which is at the same time his involve in construction business.
Political career
He started involved in politic since 2011 after involved in Sarawak Youth Council establishment. his become the first and the youngest president of Sarawak Youth Council. At the same time he involve Koperasi Usahawan MUDA Sarawak.
In June 2012, he become an international advisor to Colombia Government as a delegation. He have a good political connection in Colombia, he manage to deal with the pro-government with some issue related to [...]. On 22 December 2012, he have been called to Malaysia Prime Minister Office Datuk seri Najib bin Abdul Razak and appointed as an international welfare delegation represent the Minister of Prime Minister Office.
Business career
In 2013 he bought over full share of Abu Dhabi Malaysia Oil Company and renamed it to Orlean Oil company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, The company took over the Colombian Flag Carrier, Copa Airlines which is 70 percent of the share. Currently Orlean Group partner With Sarawak, Malaysia-based company, Cahaya Mata Sarawak also known as CMS, for the investment in building a new commodities hub in Europe will be based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
