In 2014, the Irish association football team, [[Shelbourne F.C.]] will compete in the [[League of Ireland First Division]] for the first time since 2011 when they were promoted to the premier division. After surviving for the 2012 season, Shelbourne F.C. were relegated in October 2013 after finishing bottom of the 2013 [[League of Ireland Premier Division]].
