2012 Derry City F.C. season

The 2012 season was Derry City's second successive season in the League of Ireland Premier Division. Alongside the league competition, the club also competed in the FAI Cup, the Setanta Sports Cup and the League of Ireland Cup this season. Having finished in third place in the 2011 League of Ireland Premier Division, Derry City would have qualified for the first qualifying round of the 2012-13 UEFA Europa League but they did not participate as the club were refused entry by UEFA due to a three-year European ban given to the club following their liquidation in 2009. Bohemians will take their place.

It was manager Declan Devine's first season in charge of the club, having assumed the role of manager on 6 January 2012 following the departure of Stephen Kenny to Shamrock Rovers.
