2012 AIHL Elite playoffs

The 2012 AIHL Elite playoffs of the American Inline Hockey League (AIHL) began on April 14, 2012, after the conclusion of the 2011–12 regular season of the AIHL's Elite Division. The 2012 AIHL Elite Finals started on May 25 and ended on May 27, with the Oakland Goodlife defeating the Scottdale Inferno to win their second Champions Cup title. This marked the first and only time a team won back-to-back championships.

Playoff seeds

After the regular season, the standard 25 teams qualified for the playoffs. The Long Island 495ers were the Eastern Conference regular season champions and Best Overall Record winners with a perfect season of 48 points, had to withdraw from playoff competition due to not being able to field a team for the playoffs. The Irvine Anarchy were the Western Conference regular season champions, finishing the season with 41 points, thus receiving a double-bye to the conference semifinals.
