The 2009–10 NCRHA B Division season began on September 26, 2009 and ended with the College Roller Hockey National Championship Tournament's championship game on April 11, 2010 at the Silver Creek Sportsplex in San Jose, California.

Member organization winners and tournaments
Six member organizations each ended their regular seasons with a tournament. The teams in each conference that won their regular season title were given the number one seed in each tournament. The winners of these tournaments received automatic invitations to the 2010 NCRHA B Division Collegiate Roller Hockey National Championships. The Southeastern Collegiate Roller Hockey League did not have a regional tournament, instead giving their automatic invitation to their regular season champion Central Florida.

Collegiate Roller Hockey National Championships
The NCRHA Collegiate Roller Hockey National Championships started on April 8, 2010 and concluded on April 11 at the Silver Creek Sportsplex in San Jose, California. Of the 12 teams that were invited to participate, 7 were automatic bids while 5 were at-large bids. The 5 at-large teams came from 4 member organizations. 1 regional champion declined their invitation, so 1 alternate at-large bid was granted.
