Lap 80: A restart with one lap to go decided the outcome of the race, and #32 (James Buescher) held off #25 (Joey Logano) to win. In total, 11 cars out of the field of 43 finished on the lead lap.
Lap 73: YELLOW FLAG with 6 laps to go, followed by RED FLAG on Lap 76, after a serious accident involving the #6 (Justin Lofton), #60 (Patrick Sheltra), #44 (Frank Kimmell) and #23 (Larry Hollenbeck). Justin Lofton turns Patrick Sheltra, Frank Kimmell spins on his own, whilst Larry Hollenbeck plows head-on into Sheltra. Both Sheltra and Hollenbeck require medical treatment, and are transferred to the Halifax Medical Centre. Both were released on the following Monday. According to team reports, Sheltra suffered a compression fracture of the back.
Lap 61: YELLOW FLAG - #5 (Bobby Gerhart) hits the wall. Gerhart is transferred to the Halifax Medical Centre, but later released.
