The 2008 Ohio High School season concluded with the OHSAA playoffs. 32 teams were selected from each division to advance to the postseason. Those teams and their seedings were determined by the OHSAA's computer rankings.
Below are the regional and state brackets for each division. The top team in a game is the home squad. First round games are played at the home team's stadium. Contests from the regional semifinals on are played at neutral sites.
