Playoff seeds were determined by the regular season standings, with clubs being seeded #1 through #6. The top two seeds, the [[Altamonte Springs Snappers]] and the [[Winter Park Diamond Dawgs]], received byes into the [[Double-elimination tournament|double elimination]] playoff round. The bottom four seeds were required to play a play-in round to reach the double-elimination round.
