20 meter pacer test
The 20 meter pacer test or the Fitnessgram Pacer Test is a Multi-stage aerobic capacity test that slowly gets more difficult as it continues. It gets faster every minute and is 247 laps long. The second time you fail to complete a lap, your test is over. The 20 meter pacer test was created by Fitnessgram and Cooper Institute. You must run in a straight line.
