100% Music
100% Music is a record label, formed in 2007 and based in Hampshire, UK. Their releases have been featured by the BBC, ITV and NME and 5 artists are currently signed to them.
100% Music are also involved with music festivals across the UK and organise hundreds of events each year. They review both in print for the BBC and as a regular on radio for the BBC Introducing demo panel and are ACTIVE in London, Reading, Berkshire, Basingstoke and Newbury, Berkshire.
Their 2008 release by Atom Gang 'I See', Said The Blind Man was declared album of the year by Punktastic with Big Cheese Magazine listing the band as one of their Top 10 hopes for 2009.
Involvement with Basingstoke Live cited as 'transforming the festival' with attendances tripling from 2007-2008 and doubling again for 2009.
Their 'Three on Thursday' event in Basingstoke has been described as pioneering with 'the best British bands visiting Basingstoke' and is now mirrored at The Purple Turtle in Reading. Wednesdays see the 'Wasted on Wednesday (WOW)' event in Basingstoke and Free on Friday is another weekly event at Avenue in Newbury.
They have close links with Power of Dreams and the Milltown Brothers.
