10 Inner Harbor

10 Inner Harbor is a new $500 million skyscraper approved for downtown Baltimore, overlooking the Inner Harbor. It will be built over a parking lot on the corner of Light Street, and W Conway St. It will feature between 150 to 200 luxury condominiums, a 225-room hotel, restaurants, and shopping. The project will have office space as well. The site is adjacent to Camden Yards, The Baltimore Convention Center, and Harborplace, the building will rise to a height of 750 ft. enclosing 59 floors which will be the tallest building in Baltimore, usurping The Title from the 40-story Legg Mason building, which was built in 1973. The 1.8-million-square foot project is being developed by Arc Wheeler and designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects. The site is also slated to include AbOUT 1,600 parking spaces. In addition to being Baltimore's tallest building, 10 Inner Harbor would become the tallest building in the state of Maryland and the tallest building between Philadelphia and Charlotte, North Carolina. The Legg Mason building currently holds these records.
