Jeff Rosenbaum (born August 29th, 1955) is an American event organizer, the co-founder of the Association for Consciousness Exploration, LLC (ACE), and the executive director, main publicist, product manufacturer and marketing director for both ACE and its primary events, the Starwood Festival and Winterstar Symposium. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio.

Association for Consciousness Exploration (ACE)
In 1983 Rosenbaum co-founded the Association for Consciousness Exploration, (ACE), an organization based in Northeastern Ohio which produces events, books, and recorded media in the fields of "magic, mind-sciences, alternative lifestyles, comparative religion/spirituality, entertainment, holistic healing, and related subjects". He serves as Executive Director of the organization, which has organized the Starwood Festival every year since 1981 and the WinterStar Symposium every winter since 1984. Since the mid 1980s, he has produced and sold over 100 ACE cassettes, CDs, and DVDs through the ACE website, featuring artists such as Babatunde Olatunji, Halim El-Dabh, Timothy Leary, Robert Anton Wilson, Stephen Kent, Terence McKenna, Margot Adler, Ivan Stang, Isaac Bonewits and Donald Michael Kraig.

Performing arts and writing
Rosenbaum has played electric and acoustic guitar, recorder and percussion with Ian Corrigan and Victoria Ganger in the ACE band Chameleon, has performed on several ACE recordings, including playing guitars on “Sympathetic Magic” with Victoria Ganger and the Starwood Sizzlers. At ACE functions, Rosenbaum has recorded and shared a stage as a percussionist, and played recorder, with such notables as Muruga Booker & GVCB, Badal Roy, Sikiru Adepoju, Halim El-Dabh, Jim Donovan of Rusted Root, Perry Robinson, Louis Martinie', Kenny Klein, and Drew Miller of Felonious Bosch, and played guitar with Gilli Smyth of Gong, Steve Taylor of Sun Machine, Brahm Stuart and Todd Alan.

He has published a section of an article in Green Egg Magazine, and was the subject of a one-page interview about Starwood in Modern Pagans: an Investigation of Contemporary Pagan Practices. He has also been quoted in other books and periodicals, and appeared on radio and television.

Viral-Records is a netlabel based in Gainsborough, England. It was created, and is currently run by, Arron Cobbett and Joss Weightman. International Soulsville Records was a record label out of Detroit in the 1960's.
The only known single on the label is the Dennis Edwards record, "Johnnie On The Spot" backed by "I Didn't Have To (But I Did)". Both sides of the record are northern soul favorites. The record is known to demand large amounts and is saught after by soul fans.

The song "Johnnie On The Spot" was writting by writers such as R. Savoy-Ivan & F. McPhaul
"Johnnie On The Spot" was arranged by Joe Hunter, who was a member of The Funk Brothers at Motown.
