Libertarian Youth Bloc Announcements
January 15th, 2008:
The Libertarian Youth Bloc becomes the 4th Largest Party
Montréal, QC. - The Libertarian Youth Bloc, the party that stands for Freedom, has recently become the fourth largest political party in the Youth Parliament of Canada, the largest in Québec, and the largest among the non-official qualifying parties. A recent success in recruiting candidates has allowed us to grow to 10 candidates, 6 of which are in Québec. That makes us 20% larger than any other non-official qualifying party according to data from the Youth-Elections website as of January, the 15th. We wished to mark this event by providing further details on the party’s plan going forward.
We have become the party with the most ridings with candidates in Québec. We have doubled the number of candidates from two weeks ago and plan for further expansion. All the current candidates in Québec, save one, are centered about the Montréal area. This means that most of the candidates of Québec’s largest party will be able to attend the Youth Conference in Montréal; allowing them to meet with the youth and explain their alternative viewpoint to bring about real change to Canada and its youth.
While ten candidates seem like a small number, it is just the beginning. Further candidates are still to register with the Youth Parliament. Furthermore we are in talks with over ten more candidates to join our party. This should ensure that by the end of the month we will have 20 candidates in our party. At this rate, we are on track to reach the number of candidates needed to become an official party by the end of February, the first official party to focus on protecting the rights and freedoms of Canadians.
Dean Harris and myself will meet to hold a press announcement on February 28th at the Youth Conference in either Montréal or Ottawa. At which time, we will announce the full list of candidates and the complete platform. These will be the final versions before the deadline for party registration submission on March 1st of 2008. We hope that we can participate as well in the debate at the conference in Montréal, being the largest party in Québec.
We would like to thank all our candidates for being a part of what should be the start of a great movement. Thank you for being a part of it.

Hierarchical Customer Management (HCM), is a data management process that tracks and organizes customers based on the referral source of each and every customer. It is very similar to CRM (a broad term used for tools an organization uses to management customers, contacts, vendors, as well as internal and external processes), with the main exception being that HCM places customers under a hierarchical tree system.
The hierarchy uses a system of individual contacts assorted with all their vital data and ranks them according to the original individual who referred the business. HCM offers its user a visible tree of where all business originates from, much in the same way as a family tree would delineate its ancestry.
HCM derives from the concept of customer and referral source retention. In many businesses, such as law, medicine, finance, real estate, etc., business is in large part generated by referrals of clients from various sources. Companies expend great funds and energy on an ongoing basis to manage these sources and the clients, and maintain constant contact with them with the idea that future business will come from these same individuals and companies. HCM allows for the management of numerous contacts in a way that allows a person to effortlessly maintain personalized communication with a long list of contacts. The 'hierarchy' essentially allows a business person to put a value on each of these contacts, based on past business done, nature of the business, and the position of the contact within a 'family tree.'
