Delhi Cemetery is a cemetery for deceased humans located in the northern part of Delhi in Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada. A lot of famous and historical people are buried here, as well as veterans from World War I, World War II, the Korean War and normal citizens. The active cemetery is operated by The Delhi Cemetery Company and it can be found on 54 Hillside Avenue.

Years ago, only Roman Catholics could get buried in this cemetery. Now, anyone who either currently lives in the Delhi area or has formerly been a resident of the Delhi area can get a burial plot here. Many funeral homes can deliver a corpse to the Delhi Cemetery. However, the Delhi Cemetery is suggested only for former Delhi residents who currently live within 15 miles of the cemetery. Otherwise, the costs of transport from the funeral home and burial would be prohibitive for most people. The cemetery has dozens of tombstones from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. It is estimated that the Delhi Cemetery has used approximately 75% of it's current capacity (as of September 1, 2007) and may need to expand by the year 2025.

The Norfolk Co-Operative is the former name of Norfolk FS, an agricultural supply company in Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada. Since 1918, it has relied on bagged feed truck drivers and truck drivers bringing dangerous chemical goods to deliver to the farmers of the community. It serves
farming and rural communities of Haldimand-Norfolk, and parts of Elgin and
Oxford counties. Norfolk FS is owned jointly by Norfolk Co-operative Co. Ltd. and Growmark, a regional co-operative. Bernie Daly is the director of Norfolk FS.

Many of the blue collar employees come from humble villages and hamlets like Pine Grove where the people are immersed into the agricultural lifestyle. In 2006, the company changed its name to Norfolk FS after fighting bankruptcy since 2003.

A typical workday for an employee of the Norfolk Co-Operative begins at 6 AM and typically ends at 5 PM unless there is an emergency or farming goods are needed to be shipped outside the local area on medium-haul trips done late in the afternoon. While the office workers have college or university degrees, the general work staff have at least a tenth grade education. Truck drivers for this company generally make around $10/hour (around $30,000 per annum). In addition to feed, seed, and chemicals, water is also delivered to the local farms.

The truck drivers here are not a part of any trucking union but they receive health benefits through the company and their employer. During the company's entire 75+ year history, there has never been an incentive for the employees to unionize. The typical retirement age is 65, although employees may continue to work past that age. However, they are stripped of all employee benefits even though most employees can keep their old age pension.

Sangeeth Varghese is a leadership expert, who studied at the London School of Economics. Varghese is the founder of LeadCap, a movement with a vision to build India as a nation of leaders. Varghese's main work has been his theory that leaders are not born or made, but are the ones who are boldly willing to decide when faced with a defining moment. People who have initiated and propagated changes are seldom there because of a birthright or a pedigree; hence it is possible to democratize the very concept of leadership itself. Democratizing leadership would help more and more people to discover their hidden potential and impact the society, especially a developing one like India. Varghese also argues that for a nation like India, it is impossible to retain its global edge unless every citizen is given a chance to realise their true leadership potential. Hence it is imperative that India should invest in institutions that promote leadership and change management before it can consolidate its growth.

Varghese mentors several CEOs and start-up organisations. He is a popular speaker at leadership conferences and management institutes, especially the IIMs and IITs. Varghese writes a fortnightly column 'Sangeeth Varghese On Leadership' for the Businessworld, India's largest business magazine. He authored the book ‘Decide to Lead - Eight decisions that can make you a leader’ with a foreword from John Kotter, the world's foremost authority on leadership from the Harvard Business School. Several of his papers were published in international journals and have been mentioned in media including the BBC, NDTV and Bloomberg TV.
