Noisecore Freak is an experimental, industrialgrind band that was formed in 1994 by producer/musician, Chris Stepniewski.
Biography
Located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, Noisecore Freak was formed in the summer of 1994 by Chris Stepniewski. Three songs were composed in 1994 and then, the hunt for band members began. The subsequent two years were spent seeking and auditioning musicians and composing more material. Then in the winter of 1996, Stepniewski decided that N.F. would be a one-man project.
In May 1998, the recording of "Welcome to the Stitchface Scar Sitter Experience" began, and finally in August 1999, it was released. Without delay, the album began to carve its path through the extreme music scene and quickly received much interest from the underground.
"Corner Itch Theory" was recorded over a period of three years (2000-2002) due to the many obstacles that were encountered along the way. The recording began at a temporary studio in an industrial building dubbed "Studio 666". Sixteen months later, the studio was no more and C.I.T was taken to Silverbirch Productions where the recording was completed and released in the summer of 2003. Upon its release, C.I.T. immediately garnered much attention, as well as attaining great reviews from magazines and webzines such as Metal Maniacs, Vampire Magazine and Braindead Webzine as well as interest from record labels around the world.
2004 saw the remixed and remastered re-releases of "Experiments from the Rust Factory" and "My Mother the Anarchist", which were featured on the 1000 limited press, "Welcome to the Stitchface Scar Sitter Experience" split cd with Murder By Static in 1999.
Late 2006 saw the release of "Apathetic Infant Skull", a split Ep with Ask Heroin Sally and late 2008 will see the release of N.F.'s third full length entitled, "The Cultural Development of Chaos".

Theory of judicial shamanism is a postmodern analytical approach to judicial reasoning. It broadens the constitutional atheism proclaimed by the Critical Legal Studies movement (CLS) by the statement that judicial reasoning is a contemporary form of shamanism. The very term "shamanic ritual" while taliking about the contemporary Western thought was introduced by professor Jean Baudrillard in 1968. The analogy between judge and shaman might be summarized as follows:
* Both a judge and a shaman presuppose the objective existence of certain supra-natural entities with whom they maintain a permanent contact. A general legal principle is a contemporary analogy to a shamanic spirit.
* There is an unavoidable logical link between the starting point of a legal deduction or of a shamanic ritual and its final point.
* A judge has the power to include one general legal principle into her or his starting point/mythological system and exclude another principle. A shaman may similarly invite one spirit and forget about another. Such a situation is called an abuse of system-constructing.
* A common feature of shamanism is the statement that ordinary people usually do not hear the voices of spirits. Even if some do, it is claimed they will never understand the message of a spirit exactly, since spirits do not speak the human language, but the spiritual one. This is why we need a shaman or a judge.
* Many anthropologists underline that it is often difficult to say whether a spirit is good or bad in shamanic beliefs. Sometimes a spirit does positive things, but the next time s/he may become angry for some inexplicable reason. It is remarkable that nowadays lawyers are not capable of arguing convincingly whether a particular legal principle is “good” or “bad”. Even good spirits commit sins.
* One of the most important shamanic dogmas is that there is permanent conflict between spirits. The same might be said about contradictions among legal principles. The best example is multi-exceptional legal provisions within the European treaties and the European Convention of Human Rights.
* Every single shaman contributes to writing and amending the shamanic practices. In a similar manner, every judge of a supreme court contributes to writing and amending the Constitution.
* Often during a ritual, not only the performing shamans but also all observing members of the community start to see and hear spirits. This phenomenon is called a collective hallucination. The same thing happens in the Courts.
* Shamanic practices are performed following certain common standards (or traditions) of 'correct' shamanic ritual. Judicial practices follow similar traditions of 'correct' reasoning.
Judicial shamanism or judicial shamanic practices is adjudication in cases where the law is indeterminate. A contemporary judicial shamanic ritual comprises answering two questions:
* What legal principles (spirits) make up a legal system? At this stage, a judge abuses system-constructing through the incorporation into the “legal system” of certain end-oriented concepts and by the elimination of 'inconvenient' (obstructive) concepts.
* What do these spirits say? This stage is identified as abuse of deduction.

Human Brain Thinking
* Human thinking takes decisions based on understanding, the better understanding, the better thinking. Human thinking receives information via 2 cognitive functions, Sensor(S), and Intuition(N). And then it builds decisions based on what it received. So the other 2 cognitive functions T/F (Thinker and Feeler) are tools to make the decision. Sometimes we made our decisions based on our Feeling and Emotions(F), and sometimes on our Thinking and Logic(T). Thus give us a result that (T=F), (they are tools that follow-up N and S). But is there a classification or rank for N and S? Yes. (Ni > Ne > Se > Si).
Classifying The Best Reciving Information Functions
* 1. The theme of Introverted Intuition (Ni) is Outer-Space, (Ni) comes with original ideas, that are not similar to what we know on the earth, also it achieve the highest creativity in innovating (developing ideas), and set unusual proposals and strategic planning for the future. The summery that, it can look at information in a creative, independent, open-minded and neutral vision.
* 2. The theme of Extroverted Intuition (Ne) is Sky, (Ne) can collect information by experience to set and construct (imaginary practical experience), it can see things with a complete understanding about the facts, meanings and nature. it can see (Big Picture), it flies to see the whole image of the city, and synchronize it. Creative and discovery are essential methods for (Ne).
* 3. The theme of Extroverted Sensor (Se) is earthy, (Se) can understand the big picture of sensation, it can discover our facts, meanings about traditions, languages, religions, and cultures. So, (Se) is the discoverer of the reality and sensation experiences.
* 4. The theme of Introverted Sensor (Si) is Underground/Underneath earth, (Si) would like to be under the big picture of sensation and reality (Se). It absorbs information in details, it articulates things, to classify and organize them accurately.
So the Characters that, the first/second function is (Ni) classified as first rank, and then the characters with (Ne), then (Se), then (Si). Why? Because the first and second function considered to be the (Highest-Thinking "Logic and Wisdom"), but the third and fourth function considered to be the (Lowest-Thinking) "Emotional and Selfish").
The World of Feelers and The World of Thinkers
* Human thinking are 2 main manners; Thinker(T) and Feeler(F) as we mentioned above. The world of feelers is the romance, helpful, sacrifice, giving, warm, kind-heart, human value, (the great honest and manner principles in life). The world of thinkers is the business, money, materials values, profits, selfish, winning. So that we cannot compare between a character from feeling world with a character from thinking world. why?
* Feelers(F) are great and creative parents, and the real parents for all characters. Also they are dreaming to be doctors (the humanity aspects) and promoters for work. They don't like codes, regulations, instructions and structures, and prefer free-life to expect a creative life. Another word that describe feelers is (Idealists or Perfectionists) that seek well-being and smooth life.
* Thinkers(T) are the administrators, managers, promoters for our work. they take business life seriously and care about money and profits. they care about materials than human values. They prefer life with regulations and codes. They hope to apply these codes to ensure that, the work is done correctly. Another word that describe thinkers is (Rationals) that seek true and healthy life.
The Role or The Behaviour of the Character
* Introverted characters like (I--J) and (I--P) depend on information, because the amount of the first and third functions (the introverted functions) is larger than the second and fourth functions (the extroverted functions). (I--J) is an Informative character and plays a great role in seeking, researching for knowledge and sciences, while the other informative character (I--P) plays an extraordinary role in concluding and synchronizing skills. And depending on their behaviors, we give them nicknames; (I--J) is a Scientist, and (I--P) is an Architect.
* Extroverted characters like (E--J) and (E--P) depend on experience, because the amount of the first and third functions (the extroverted functions) is larger than the second and fourth functions (the introverted functions). (E--J) is an Experimental character and plays a great role in executing, administration and organizing, while the (E--P) plays an extraordinary role in discovering and breaking limits and routines, to ease life and invent. And depending on their behaviors, we give them nicknames; (E--J) is an Organizer, and (E--P) is an Inventor.

The Summery of the Theory
THE UNIT THEORY
INTRODUCTION
The Brain is a tissue organ of all living organism. Organisms have senses which decide the way they live. These six sensed organisms are nothing but human beings (Homo sapiens). In this theory we will learn how every person living on earth is able to remember or memorize things happening in their daily life.
THE HUMAN BRAIN
Most of Homo sapiens have a special ability to remember or to memorize issues happening in their daily life. These are stored in the brain in the form of a unit called the
MEMORY UNIT. These units are stored in two ways
(1) INCIDENT WAY OF MEMORIZING
In this way, a normal person has the ability to memorize or store incidents which occur in his/her daily life. For example, if a person is badly injured by an accident and he is recovered after so many years he won’t forget the incident that had happened to him.
(2) SCENE - WAY OF MEMORIZING
This is a difficult way of memorizing issues and is very closely related with incident way of memorizing. In this way, a person may or may not have the ability to change a scene into incident way for memorizing issues occurring in his/her daily life. As explained in incident way most of the people in the world are memorizing by incident way. In this case the scene is that when a child wants to memorize his lessons for doing his homework he could have the ability of changing a scene into an incident and it needs a lot of hard work for changing to this way of memorizing.
INSIDE THE BRAIN
The Brain is having memory units in an orbit. The centre part shown in the figure is called the UTIL. It is called so because if we want to remember some issue (memory unit) it searches for the unit and mentally visualizes to the person. Some memory units are been lost because of excess storage of units.
