Nancy A. Rechcigl is a specialist on ornamental plant protection and phytopathology. She was
born in Morristown, NJ and is married to soil scientist Jack Rechcigl.

She now holds the position of Field Technical Manager of ornamental plants with the Syngenta Professional Products Corp., which has its headquarters in Greensboro, NC. In this role, she works with ornamental plant growers on technical issues related to production as well as working with University scientists and other cooperators on research involving the development of new plant protection products.

Prior to joining the Syngenta Technical Team, Nancy was the Crop Health Manager for Yoder Brothers, Inc.(1995 -2005). In this capacity she served all divisions the company providing advisory and extension support services to Yoder Operations on entomology and phytopathology issues.

During 1989-1994 she worked for the University of Florida as a Manatee County Horticultural Agent, providing diagnostic services and information on cultural practices and pest control management to horticultural, landscape, and pest control industries. As an agricultural extension agent she was also responsible for supervising the Manatee County Master Gardener Programs, providing instructional classes and operating a Plant Clinic that was popular with the urban community. From 1986 to 1989, she worked for Ball PanAm, Inc., Parrish, Florida as a Phytopathologist responsible for the disease certification program of ornamental plants.

Over the years, Ms. Rechcigl has given numerous lectures on the identification and control of plant diseases, as well as pest control, especially of turf and ornamental plants . In addition to writing a weekly gardening column "Suncoast Gardening" for the urban community, she frequently contributes articles to local trade and professional journals. She has also co-edited the books Environmentally Safe Approaches to Crop Disease Control (Lewis Publishers and CRC Press, 1997), and Insect Pest Management: Techniques for Environmental Protection (Lewis Publishers, 2000).

Ms. Rechcigl received her B.S. degree in Plant Pathology from the University of Delaware, Newark, DE. She did her graduate work at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, receiving her M.S. degree in 1986, specializing in Plant Virology.

Ms. Rechcigl is an active member of the American Phytopathological Society,Entomological Society of America, Florida Nurserymen and Growers Association, , and the Honorary Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

She lives in Bradenton, FL and is married to Jack Rechcigl and has three children: Gregory, Kevin and Lindsey.

Sri Lanka's Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam group from Sri Lanka have set up base at India providing militant training to Maoists as well. Training camps of the Tamil Tigers leading Maoists is being run within the Nepal borders and at states Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chattishgarh and Andhra Pradesh

Tamil Tigers have formed four Human Bomb Dalams (squads) of women. Each Dalam has about 20 women. Similarly, 12 Dalams of the Suicidal Squads have been formed. Each Dalam has 40 young boys and girls in each state. Indian and Nepalese Maoists are being jointly trained in this camp. The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, or Sri Lanka’s Tamil Tigers as they are commonly known, are providing military training to the Maoist rebels of Nepal near the Nepalese borders as well. Some French trainers have also been hired, a Maoist rebel leader revealed to the South Asia Tribune.

Maoist activists from the state are visiting their counterparts in Andhra Pradesh frequently to receive training from a central military commander in-charge of CPI-Maoist operations in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa

The Tamil Tigers commanders in all aspects of guerrilla operations, which has been inculcating among the Maoist divisional commanders in these four states. However most LTTE members have settled in Tamil Nadu and Kerela.

Unniceness is a word usually describe people with normal intelligence who are not "good" or "nice" to those with mental disabilities, based on their attitudes, Ignorance, and Hatred towards people with Mental retardation. According to people who are disabled, it says that normal people feel so insecure and afraid of people with mild, servere, or moderate disabilities., in which they cannot treat normal people as "nice" standard people due to thier problems of interacting with kids and adults with mental disabilities.

Unniceness is not a word and not grammatically correct. It was created and used exclusively by a troll who frequents Yahoo Answers. No self-respecting person with a disability would use it. People with disabilities are normal.
