The Parkland Football Conference is a high school football conference with its membership base concentrated in the western Milwaukee suburbs. Competition began with the 2020 football season, and both the conference and its member schools are affiliated with the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association.

Mavic Chijioke Okeugo is a Nigerian fine art photographer and visual artist. His work has been exhibited internationally in London, Lagos, Kampala, and Accra. He is the authour of the book "The Art of Photography: Seeing, Feeling, and Creating Beyond the Frame."
Some of his notable solo exhibitions include "Where Light Learns Our Faces" at The African Centre in London (2026), "Ųmų Anya (Children of the Eye)" at Rele Gallery (2021), "Tears on Lens" in Kampala (2023), and "Uzo Anya" (2024).
Ghulam Nabi Nasher (10 May 1926 – 25 June 2010) was the son of Loe Khan Nasher and grandson of Sher Khan Nasher. He was an ethnic Pushtun, the hereditary Khan of the Kharoti (Ghilzai) tribe, born in Qarabagh, Ghazni. Ghulam Nabi Nasher was the Mayor of Kunduz and later he was elected for two terms as a Senator from Kunduz. During the time of King Zaher Shah, he served as the president for the upper house (house of Lords) of the Afghan Parliament. He was an avid philanthropist and bequeathed his home in Falls Church VA to the local Islamic center.
