Fred Edson Lafortune (born 31 July 1982) is a Haitian poet, writer and researcher. He has published poetry collections in French and Haitian Creole, including An n al Lazil, which won the Dominique Batraville Prize, and he was named Best Poet of the Year by the Haitian Academy Awards in 2018. He is a PhD student in French Language and Literature at Boston University.
Anna Hostomská (6 August 1907 – 28 March 1995) was a Czech radio editor, writer and translator who worked for more than thirty years in the music department of Czechoslovak Radio. She was best known as a populariser of opera and as the author of Opera: průvodce operní tvorbou (Opera: A Guide to Operatic Works), a reference book that ran to ten editions in her lifetime and a heavily revised eleventh in 2018.

A three-time winner of the Japan Triathlon Championships (2018, 2019 and 2024), he won the men's individual triathlon at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi–Nagoya, taking the first gold medal of the Games. He also won gold in the mixed relay at the 2022 Asian Games, the elite men's title at the 2025 Asian Triathlon Championships, and the 2023 World Triathlon Cup race in Yeongdo, the first World Cup victory by a Japanese man since 2007.
Pieter Hubertus "Pim" van Dord (born 7 August 1953) is a Dutch former professional footballer who played as a defender for Ajax from 1973 to 1980, winning three Eredivisie titles and one KNVB Cup. An Achilles tendon injury ended his professional career at the age of 27, and he went on to represent the Netherlands Olympic team in 1983 as an amateur.
Van Dord then spent 35 years on Ajax's medical staff, joining as the club's physiotherapist in 1985 and later serving as its medical manager, and was a member of the Netherlands' medical staff at Euro 2000. He retired in 2020 after 55 years at the club and sat on Ajax's board, the bestuursraad, from 2023 to 2025.
