Quarantine was an antivirus software from the early 90s that automatically isolated infected files on a computer's hard disk. Files put in quarantine were then no longer capable of infecting their hosting system.
Guy Clapperton (born 1965) is a British journalist, speaker and author who contributes regularly to the national press on technology and business topics. He has written books on media interview skills, social media and smarter working.
Clapperton went to college at Brighton Polytechnic, now the University of Brighton. He began his career in the media with a staff job on MicroScope, a newspaper for the technology channel. In 1993 he went freelance and worked for national press including The Guardian for which he still writes.
His first book in 2002 was titled Free Publicity For Your Business In A Week. He wrote one of the first books on social media for business in the UK, This Is Social Media (Capstone Publishers 2009). This led to speaking engagements for MPH bookstores and on a tour of five European countries supporting Adobe in its launch of its social media analytics product. The sequel, This Is Social Commerce, came out in 2012. In 2014 he and Philip Vanhoutte published The Smarter Working Manifesto, taking him to speak at the London Olympia launch, then at events in Berlin and Lisbon. Clapperton continues as a broadcaster, having offered commentary on the daily papers to the BBC News Channel between 2008 and 2013, and as a journalist for the Guardian, New Statesman and as editor of Professional Outsourcing Magazine.
He has been running the podcast, "The Near Futurist", from late 2019 and now runs Clapperton Media Training. He is a Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association UK & Ireland
Sandy Rass is a British songwriter/producer of Fast Food Rockers and others, and a singer, dancer and actor. He was born in London and trained at the Royal Ballet School for 3 years and then at Italia Conti Academy for a further 3 years as a singer/dancer/actor. As a performer, Rass starred in the West End musicals Starlight Express and Cats, and played leading roles in the UK tours of 42nd Street, What a Feeling! and Living La Vida Loca. He was a backing dancer for numerous pop artists, most notably appearing with Diana Ross at Wembley Stadium, and fronting the pop act Reel 2 Real ("I Like to Move It") on the Smash Hits Tour alongside other major British and international pop acts.
During his varied career he also featured appearances in operas such as The Mikado with the ENO at the Coliseum, La Bohème at the Royal Albert Hall, and The Bartered Bride and Tales of Hoffmann with the Royal Opera Company, before making his name as a pop songwriter.

He is also known for his work as Musical Supervisor and Musical Arranger on the Singapore Repertory Theatre production of They're Playing Our Song, starring Lea Salonga both in Singapore and Manila in 1999 and 2000, and having radically reworked the musical arrangements of the 1999 London version of Oscar winner Stephen Schwartz's Pippin at the Bridewell Theatre.
Among others, Sandy worked with Nick Bridges from Ministry of Sound, Jon Pearn of Full Intention and Amanda Wilson from Freemasons - the singer of hits "Love on my Mind, "Watchin'", and "Bromance", writing and co-producing the classic Hed Kandi club hit "Intoxicated" performed by R.A.W. featuring Amanda Wilson.

They are part of the free music movement, and are among the first bands to use Creative Commons licensing. The band openly encourages collaboration and use of their music in other projects.
Collaborators include Bob Rissetto, James Hindley, Herb Sawyer, Lewis Hill, Vavrek (of ), Basilisk, and Tony Nagy. subatomicglue is known for free instrumental electronic music that crosses several genres: including electronic rock, trance, industrial, IDM.
Their front page states that subatomicglue is "groovy, dark, exotic, with elements of beauty and shadow. an exploration to the reality of your innerworld." In the spirit of open source and Creative Commons, subatomicglue accepts requests for collaboration, submissions of song art, and cover art, and remixes of songs. subatomicglue has collaborated with several Internet projects.
